Honest Handyman LLC was built on a simple idea: do quality work, communicate clearly, and stand behind it.

 

Founded by Anthony Gonzales, the company grew out of a strong technical background in building construction, electrical systems, and residential technology. Anthony earned his Associate’s degree in Building Construction Technology from Portland Community College, with a focus on energy-efficient construction, durable building methods, and upgrading existing homes for long-term performance.

 

Before launching Honest Handyman LLC, Anthony spent years working in electrical service, lighting control systems, and home technology installation, including projects in multi-million-dollar homes. That experience shaped the company’s approach today: thoughtful planning, clean execution, and attention to the details that matter after the job is done—not just on the day of install.

 

Today, Honest Handyman LLC provides professional home repair, maintenance, and remodeling services with a growing focus on high-quality bathroom remodels, drywall repair, and integrated home upgrades. As the company continues to grow, our goal is to build a skilled, reliable team that delivers the same standards of craftsmanship and professionalism on every project.

 

We are locally owned, licensed, bonded, and insured, and proud to serve homeowners throughout the Portland metro area. Whether it’s a small repair or a larger remodel, we believe homeowners deserve clear expectations, honest pricing, and work done the right way.

 

Outside of work, Anthony and his wife Heather have been married since 2007 and are raising their five children. Family, faith, and community are central to how the business operates—because trust is built the same way at home as it is on the job site
